On High is Rise Up Selects’ own waterfront festival series, built around a sun-soaked mix of reggae, rock, and hip-hop. In 2026 it hits two coasts: Riverfront Park along the Willamette River in Salem, Oregon on August 1, then Spa Beach at the St. Pete Pier in St. Petersburg, Florida on August 28. Each stop packs marquee names like Slightly Stoopid, Big Boi, The Elovaters, Pepper, and The Movement alongside a slate of rising acts into a single all-day show. It’s a laid-back day by the water, backed by the kind of full-scale production and community feel Rise Up Selects is known for.
